Lee Webber started his career in retail in 1985, moving up through the ranks to various managerial positions with some big high street names before joining the police service in 1997 as a Radio Communications Operator. After 6 years, he transferred into the training department at Police Headquarters where he qualified as an IT Trainer before being promoted in 2007 as the force’s E-Learning Developer. In his spare time, through attendance at evening college over 2 years, Lee achieved a Higher National Certificate (HNC) Level 5 in computing as well as various IT qualifications and a certificate in e-learning design from Bristol University. In January 2017 Lee decided to go freelance as an independent E-learning Developer, in which capacity he has worked with over 45 clients from around the globe, designing and developing digital learning products for companies such as L’Oréal, Shell and Multiplex. Lee has worked with EASD e-Learning helping to develop their online material since January 2019.
